I had a bad experience with Birla sunlife Insurance One gentle man came from Birla sun life Insurance mutual fund services (hopefully he was from Indira nagar branch-Bangalore) and explained me about their mutual fund services. I agreed to invest rs2000 per month and signed a contract for that.
I gave a cheque for rs4000 also. Yet I didn’t receive any welcome kids or log in information.
But I am getting a message from +919837047000 saying that your account will be credited rs1324.91 for your policy.
I sent a mail to their customer support connect@birlasunlife.com on October 24 & 14 November 2008 and didn’t get any response.

I sent the below e-mail on Oct24, 2008 and didn’t get any reply.
I didn’t expect this type of worst service from a reputed concern.
Please advise, how can I cancel my contract with you.
Try to acknowledge e-mails which are from your poor clients!

As i gather from above information you have invested in a Life Insurance policy and are unaware of difference between Life Insurance and Mutual Fund. There are many investors like you who are unaware about it. Always remember its your money so you need to be aware of where you invest it. You seem to be confused and unaware about your own money.
